Apps Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy governs all mobile applications published by Cascades Consulting LLC under its ClinOps Field Guide suite, including but not limited to: Filing Compass (PDUFA & FDA Submission Planner), Trial Trailhead (Clinical Trial Timeline Calculator), Budget Basecamp (Country & Site Budget Calculator), Budget Atlas (Full Study Budget Estimator), and any future titles released under the Cascades Consulting or ClinOps Field Guide name. Where a specific app's data practices differ from this policy, that app's store listing will note the difference.

Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps do not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information through the apps themselves. There are no user profiles and no data shared between users.

Information Processed Locally

Dates and values you enter (for example, a submission date, a target completion date, or a budget input) are used only to perform calculations within the app. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or have access to the inputs you enter or the results the app generates.

Analytics & Diagnostic Data

Some apps may use standard, platform-provided diagnostic tools (such as anonymous crash reporting) supplied by Apple or Google as part of the app distribution platform itself. This data, where present, is aggregated and anonymous — it is not used to identify you personally, and Cascades Consulting LLC does not operate any separate analytics or advertising service of its own. Each app's store listing will state plainly whether this applies to that app.

Purchases

Paid app purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cascades Consulting LLC does not receive or store your payment card information; this is handled under Apple's and Google's own privacy and payment terms.

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate third-party advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or social media tracking. The only third parties involved in delivering these apps to you are Apple and Google, as the distribution platforms.

Children's Privacy

These apps are professional planning tools intended for clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and related professional use. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data Security

Because our apps do not transmit or store personal data on any Cascades Consulting server, there is no centralized user database to secure or that could be breached. Any diagnostic data described above is handled under Apple's or Google's own security practices, not ours.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a revised Effective Date above. Continued use of any Cascades Consulting app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
