Kit Beckett writes dark speculative fiction at the intersection of hard science, perception, and the questions that physics has not yet been able to answer. The Concordance Cycle is a five-book series set at the edge of particle physics and something older than it - a story about what reality is made of, and who decides when it breaks. 

Kit is based in the northeastern United States and works at the boundary where literary fiction and rigorous scientific imagination become the same thing.
